Translating change

Changes on CommonOutcomes would benefit from being translated into different languages. This would:

  • make their content accessible to more people, whether within or outside the change's scope.
  • foster influence and synergies between regions, breaking language barriers.

Although scopes may have their default associated language(s), a change may be translated in many more languages. Translations would refer to the same change object, with the same scope and meaning. In that sense, translations on CommonOutcomes would be actual translations, not localisations like on Wikipedia.
